Acknowledging that not all can exclusively adopt second-hand options, we support the concept of a green supply chain. This entails employing environmentally responsible practices such as recycling, supporting local businesses, and utilizing biodegradable materials.

Products
All apparel available for purchase on dePogo.nl is crafted from eco-friendly materials such as organic cotton and recycled textiles, including plastics. Our garments undergo local printing processes utilizing water-based inks, ensuring environmentally conscious production practices.

Finance
dePogo has an account with ASN Bank, part of de Volksbank. According to De Eerlijke Bankwijzer (The Fair Bank Guide), de Volksbank is the fairest bank in the Netherlands. The rating is based on several green topics as: agriculture, climate change and nature. Other (non-green) topics that are taken in account are: bonuses, weapons and animal welfare.

Packaging & merch
dePogo uses reusable shipping packaging from BOXO. The Boxobags replace disposable cardboard boxes and plastic bags. Boxo bags are made from used big bags. Thanks to this wear-resistant material, Boxobags can be used as shipping packaging at least 500 times. If BOXO is not available in your region, orders will be shipped in recycled paper shipping bags.

Stickers are printed on material made of organic kraft paper, which are (partly) made from agricultural waste. Moreover, the glue is completely compostable, so this sticker is friendly to the environment.

Artificial Intelligence
Our designers do not use AI when designing the prints. This technology is very harmful to the environment and also degrades creativity.
